Workflows
Run structured, AI-powered tasks on your dataroom knowledge, such as quality checks.
Workflows allow you to create and manage AI-powered automation workflows that execute structured tasks using your dataroom knowledge. Workflows are ideal for repeatable processes like quality management evaluations or custom integrations with external tools.
Workflow Types
AITEZA supports two types of workflows:

| QM Workflow | Quality Management workflow with criteria-based evaluation. | Structured assessments, compliance checks, document reviews against defined criteria. |
| Custom Workflow | Webhook-triggered workflow that integrates with external tools (e.g., n8n). | Custom automations, external system integrations, advanced processing pipelines. |
Workflows Dashboard
The Workflows page displays all your workflows as cards showing the workflow name, type, last updated date, and sharing status. The toolbar provides search, filter, sort, and group options to help you organize your workflows.
Managing Workflows
From the Workflows dashboard, you can:
- Search workflows by name using the toolbar search.
- Filter workflows by type or tags.
- Sort and group workflows for better organization.
- Star important workflows for quick access.
- Share workflows with other users.
- Import/Export workflows for backup or transfer between environments.
Starting Workflows from Chat
You can start AI-powered workflows directly from any chat conversation. Workflows execute structured tasks using your dataroom knowledge, such as quality management evaluations.
Start a Workflow

Click the + button in the chat input area to open the actions menu.

Select Workflow starten from the menu.

Search or browse available workflows in the picker dialog and select the one you want to run.

The workflow badge appears in the input area. Enter your prompt and send the message.

- QM WorkflowThe QM (Quality Management) Workflow enables structured, criteria-based evaluations of documents using your dataroom knowledge. It is designed for repeatable quality assessments where documents are reviewed against a defined set of criteria.
