Sign in and get started
What you need to sign in, how invitations work and how to ask your first question.
On this page
Visit AITEZA in your preferred browser.
Prerequisites
- Modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari; latest version recommended)
- An active AITEZA account (invited by your organization)
- Optional: Company Microsoft Account for single sign-on (SSO)
Access & Invitations
- Your organization invites you: you receive an email with a link. The link lets you set your password. Open it within the validity period.
- If the link has expired, ask your organization admin to send it again (Resend invitation on the People page).
- If you need access but have no invitation, contact your organization admin or the AITEZA support team.

Resetting Your Password
If you forgot your password:
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter your email.
- Check your inbox for the reset link (check spam if missing).
- Choose a strong new password (avoid reused credentials).
- Sign in again.
If no email arrives, confirm spelling or contact an administrator to verify your account is active.
First Login Checklist
After you sign in:
- Start a new chat. Connect datarooms for questions about your documents, or ask right away and attach files if needed.
- If you want your own dataroom: creating a top-level dataroom needs the Dataroom Admin role. Without it, ask the owner of a dataroom to create a subdataroom for you or to give you access.
- Ask a focused question referencing a file (e.g.,
In project-plan.pdf, what are Q4 milestones?). - Review source snippets to build trust in answers.
Guided Product Tours
AITEZA offers guided, step-by-step tours that introduce navigation, chat, datarooms, and workflows. They are especially helpful when you are new to AITEZA or want a refresher on a specific area.
To restart all tours at once, open Settings → Preferences and select Restart all tours.
Logging Out & Session Safety
- Use the profile / user menu and select Log Out when done.
- Close browser tabs on shared machines.
- Avoid sharing screenshots containing sensitive data from chats.
Changing the Interface Language
You can change the language any time: open the profile menu, select Settings and go to Preferences. Under Language, choose English, Deutsch or Polski. AITEZA switches immediately; there is nothing to save or refresh. The language is stored with your account, so it also applies to the sign-in pages and to emails from AITEZA.
On the same page you can also choose the theme and the model new chats start with. See Personal Settings.
Switching Between Organizations
If your account belongs to more than one organization, you can switch between them without signing out and in again: open the profile menu, select Switch Organization and choose the organization you want to work in. AITEZA switches immediately. Your datarooms, groups and settings always refer to the organization you selected. See Working in Several Organizations.
Still Stuck?
Capture the exact message and time, then contact support or your administrator with:
- Email used
- Approximate time
- Screenshot (excluding sensitive content)
Next Step
Proceed to create your first Dataroom for document-based queries, or start a chat with file attachments for quick questions.
Quick Start
- Start a new chat. Connect datarooms for questions about your documents, or ask right away and attach files if needed.
- If you work with your own dataroom: create it (top level needs the Dataroom Admin role) and upload clean documents.
- Wait until processing finishes (you’ll see status change / files listed as processed).
- Connect your dataroom to the chat and ask a focused question (e.g., “In
project-plan.pdf, what are the Q4 milestones?”). - Refine with follow‑ups instead of starting over.
