Workflows (Beta)
Workflows allow you to create and manage AI-powered automation workflows that execute structured tasks using your dataroom knowledge. Workflows are ideal for repeatable processes like quality management evaluations or custom integrations with external tools.
Workflow Types
AITEZA supports two types of workflows:

Workflows Dashboard
The Workflows page displays all your workflows as cards showing the workflow name, type, last updated date, and sharing status. The toolbar provides search, filter, sort, and group options to help you organize your workflows.
Managing Workflows
From the Workflows dashboard, you can:
Search workflows by name using the toolbar search.
Filter workflows by type or tags.
Sort and group workflows for better organization.
Star important workflows for quick access.
Share workflows with other users.
Import/Export workflows for backup or transfer between environments.
