Prompt Library
The Prompt Library is a central place for prompts you want to use again. A prompt contains instructions for AITEZA. By saving it, you do not need to rewrite the same request every time. You can organize your prompts and share them with others in your organization.
What is a prompt?
A prompt consists of a title, a short description of its purpose, and the instructions for AITEZA.
Use tags to organize prompts by topic or use case. Add a bookmark to the prompts you use most often so they are always easy to find.

Open the Prompt Library.
Select New Prompt.
Enter a Title and a short Description of the prompt's purpose.
Enter the instructions in the Prompt field.
Optionally, add Tags to help you find the prompt later.
Save the prompt.
Creating prompts and skills with AITEZA
You do not need to write prompts yourself. Ask AITEZA in a chat to create one and describe what you want it to do. AITEZA will prepare a draft for you.
AITEZA creates prompts and skills in the open skill.md format. This format stores reusable instructions in a structured way and is supported by different AI tools. This means you can also use these instructions outside AITEZA. Learn more in The skill.md Format.
Creating a prompt in a chat
Open a chat and describe what the new prompt should do. For example: "Create a prompt that summarizes meeting minutes into key points and action items."
AITEZA creates a draft in the skill.md format.
Review the draft and make any necessary changes.
Confirm that you want to save it. The new prompt will appear in your Prompt Library.
Organizing prompts
Tags. Group prompts by topic or use case.
Bookmarks. Mark frequently used prompts so you can find them quickly.
Sharing prompts
You decide who can access each prompt. Keep it private, share it with selected users, or make it available to your entire organization.
